Dr. Amber Pennington has lived in Northeast Florida for several years. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Saint Leo University, and her Master's from Webster University and completed her Doctorate in 2020. She utilized the knowledge gained from her studies to make a difference in all walks of life. Before settling down, she lived in Japan and Hawaii for four years. Exposure to the overseas lifestyle led to the benefit of meeting and growing a genuine appreciation of people from diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds.
Dr. Pennington was introduced to home ownership a few years ago when she decided to purchase her first starter home. She vividly recalled the process as nerve-wracking and the real estate verbiage bewildering. With a combination of giving back to the community and a go-getter attitude, she considered stepping into the real estate realm. After successfully passing her real estate examination with flying colors on the first attempt, she vowed to be a proactive agent by preventing her clients from feeling the confusion and stress she similarly endured.
